How many times does an average person go to movies per year?

The average person who goes to the movies doesn't really have a number. Me myself, i go to the movies every friday when a new ones come out that looks good. Alot of people do. An average person is also in the middle of rich and poor. Thats were i'm at. so almost 48 times a year. or less.

I go about 8 - 10 times a year but more or less depending on how badly I want to see a movie.

I am going to the movie-theaters more than 36 times
in one year !!! Depends on the program --- but if there is a good & thrilling movie (as "Saw" for instance) I watch it more than 3 times on THE BIG SCREEN. And I also watch DVD and Video....

I used to go about once a year...now my son works at the local theater & we can go for free so we go about twice a month. Depending on what movies are playing.

I have no idea. I have two kids and the last movie I saw in the theater was X-Men 2. Sad isn't it? But my brother is in college and he goes once a month.
