Melvin, sounds like your computer has a virus with spyware in it. Do not purchase the software it's asking you to buy! It's a scam! Do you by any chance have Limewire? If so, that might have caused spyware to infect your computer. Get with your local Internet provider. I live in San Diego and I use Cox internet and what they did was clone my computer and completely cleaned out my computer and made it brand new without deleting my personal data! Check out your local internet provider and see of they can offer you the same! It's like $70 but it's sooo worth it!
You might also go under add or remove hardware under control panel and check if you might have downloaded something by accident. You can also open your internet browser and click on tool-internet options-delete cookies. If that doesn't work...your computer may be in danger and needs to be cleaned out completly because someone (hackers) may be getting your personal information from your computer! Good Luck!

Ok,firstly if you don't have it already download spybot search and destroy, just do a search for spybot and download it,install it and then click "search for updates" and then download any that it recommends, click "imunize" on the left hand side of the page once it's done that click the" imunize" button on the top tool bar, this adds all the updates to the sytem, now click"check for problems" and wait!once it's finnished it's scan it will list all the problems that it found click "fix problems" and that's it,now spybot is very good at ferreting out allsorts of nasties, next download trojan hunter, like spybot it's free but only as a trial version, but you will only need to use it once so do a search for that download it ,I think you get one free update so do that first and then set it off on a scan~this can take a while but it's often worth it as it to finds all sorts of nasties~ once complete you may find quite a list of trojans that its sniffed out check to see if your rogue progs are listed, either way delete all the stuff highlighted in red.
If none of this works, get as much info about these programs as you can ie right click on any icons and click on properties..might give you the program name, click" my computer" right click right click "Local Disc C" and open it look for " Program Files" open this file and see if you can find any folder relating to the programs that you are trying to remove if they are there delete them.Re Boot your Pc.
If that hasn't cleared it email me.
