can anyone tell what happens in the last episode of angel?

i've been watching angel on sci fi channel, but never seem to get to the last episode before they start to repeat from number one again please help

In the last episode everybody goes into battle against a great evil force. They don't tell you whether or not they die in the show but in the books they certainly live and there is a small rumor going around that David and a few other actors from the show are trying to create a series based off Angel. No further word has been given whether this will actually happen.

They kill the members of the Black Thorn, Wes dies, Lorne kills Lindsey, and the last scene is Angel, Gunn, Spike, and Illryia in an alley and there are hundreds of monsters charging them. Really awesome, you should download it or buy the seasons on dvd.

Re Darla: Um, they don't go their own way, it's unknown if they even survive the last battle. Joss Whedon has only said that Illryia has survive, and Amy Acker confirmed it. Joss jokingly said "Gunn dies, Angel loses an arm, Spike becomes human, and Xander loses his other eye, which is funny, cause he wasn't even there." Any books or comic books are not considered canon.

WELL, WESLY IS MORTALLY WOUNDED, BUT BEFORE HE DIES HE'S ALLOWED TO BE WITH FRED AS HERSELF ONE MORE TIME. OF COURSE THEY SAVE THE WORLD AGAIN. SPIKE GOES HIS OWN WAY, AS DO ANGEL AND GUNN. I WAS HOPING THERE WOULD BE A SPIKE SPIN OFF. I'D WATCH IT. I LOVE SPIKE ANY WAY I CAN GET HIM, GOOD OR BAD.

wesley DIES!!!!!!!! boo hoo, but they're about to fight some really nasty looking demons....sorry i can't really remember much of it
