I think he is French. I think that he is president of France. I think that he could have handled the youth labor issue that resulted in dozens of serious riots a couple of years ago much better than he did. I think he could deal with the racial/religious tension in France better than he has. Otherwise, I don't think anything about him.

I think he it it right on the nose, when Bush was in France. Reporter David ask Chirac something in French , Bush jumped all over David for speaking a language he can't . Chirac looked at the people and stated in french, Bush is a Hick . I like Chirac he has sense enough to stay out of Iraq, like dumbo should have.

Same thing I think of all of the other frogs, useless coward and totally irrelevant to the rest of the world.
The only relevance he has to the world picture is that he will be remembered as the starting point of allowing the first European country to become radical Islamic country.
