The most common reference for this is a gathering of folks for a meeting with a medium to call upon the spirits of those dearly departed. Some refer to them as seances.

There are many different variations on this, from the table gathering to a gathering outdoors. Usually there is a medium, or a person sensitive to spirits, who channels the spirits for those gathered.

Depending on the group, there can be as few as a couple of folks, or a large crowd.

It was once very popular, and I do remember some great Spirit Circles being held in Lily Dale years ago and discussed in various books. I don't think they are as popular today as they once were.

I think this is what you are looking for. If not, then you need to be more specific. This is what I remember a spirit circle being.

Interesting question. Unfortunately, I have no idea what you are referring to.

I've been involved in the Pagan community for over 30 years, and I've been to healing circles, I've created sacred space in a circle, and I've even raised energy in public circles, but if you could be more specific about what you are asking I might be able to answer.

the Spirit Circle is similar to the Ouija Board except instead of a rectangle shape it is in the shape of a circle with more area of possible answers other than " yes, no, letters and numbers " imprinted on the board itself.

not too shure what your talking about but ill take a stab at it. I think that you are talking about a Sacred circle or a sacred space. they are often cast by wiccans right before a ritual to keep unwelcome spirits out and to keep only the pure inside. i usually cast one right before i go to sleep and pray to the goddess and god for a good day and a good sleep.

well i am just adding details i guess i was wrong but at least i took a good guess. well that was a good question though. well att least i know what it is now.
