Wikipedia lists this syndrome under "Implacable Hostility".

The main accademic I can find assosicated with this syndrome is Ira Daniel Turket, PhD who did a paper on this in 1995.

Google Scholar lists newer papers, one from 2006. These require subscription which I don't have but it looks like people have moved on from using this syndrome as a thing in it's own right or now list it under something different and I imagine that Malicious Mother Syndrome, as an easily identifyable, descrete syndrome all on it's own, might be difficult to find concorete supporting evidence for.

I'm guessing you wont get the answers you seek easily on the internet. I imagine you need a good family laywer that has experience in this field or can find precedents.

You might also find help from a group that offers support through severe family breakup. I have also included a link to a site that might start as a place to find support or further help.

Hey... I haven't heard that name but maybe you are talking about Munchhausen by proxy... which is when a mother (or family member) deliberately causes an illness by poisoning, hurting the child in some way... but that it presents the symptoms of the disease... but with no apparent cause... its very difficult to diagnose this as the mother is always very concerned and takes the kid to hospital etc... its basically because the mother then recieves sympathy from the hospital/ doctors and gets the attention they crave.
If this is what you are talking about then it can be difficult to prove.. and you would have to find experts on the condition... and have the child assessed and medical records brought in etc, so that might be the first step... hope that helps GOOD LUCK

Yes, Ive heard of it. I think this is when a mother uses the children to hurt the father, such as not letting him see them or not buying clothes for the kids so the dad will have to do it.
