In today's line of movie's I would rate it an 8. It's was a very well made movie for it's time but today's special effects are much better. I though it was good because it had funny parts ("I'm just temporarily insane, Rock, it's alright"), to serious parts ("the United States government just asked us to save the world. Anybody gonna say no?"), to the sad parts (when he was saying goodbye to his daughter).

I love the movie I'd give it an 8 out of 10...
I cry everytime at the end of it. Because it's just so sweet, the connection it shows between her and her dad remind me about me and mine and it just makes me cry. It's such a good movie. And I could really see people going up in space and trying to do that to save the world.

I would give it 5 out of 10. It had cool special effects but there was no real character development and everything that could go wrong in the movie did....it was kind of frustrating.

I would rate it a 9.5 I love that movie. It touches an emotion in everyone. I love Ben affleck and Liv Tyler together. I cry every time I see the part where she is saying goodbye to her dad.

I would give it 9 out of 10 on a cheesiness scale (with 10 being the most cheesy movie ever).

I'd say it was about a 7. I cried like a baby through certain portions of the movie otherwise I may have given it a higher rating. :o)
