Melina was trying to distract Batista from his tag match with Rey Mysterio against MNM for the titles. They never actually had sex, it was just implied that she would do whatever it took for her "boys" to keep the titles. At the time, Batista was going through a divorce. He's now dating ECW interviewer Rebecca DePetreio (or however the heck you spell it) and Melina is dating Johnny Nitro.

No, it was just a storyline. Melina is dating Johnny Nitro( Hennigan) and Batista is dating Rebbeca the backstage interviewer on ECW.
