Blue - always! - in my husband's belly button. Now if someone could tell me why that fluff is always blue I'd be pleased.

if the fluff comeson the body but comes from clothing (ie bellybutton fluff) it's usually a blue-grey tone. This is because the acidity on the skin turns the fibres this colour.

The fluff I have seen from all around the house is rainbow colored with a white undertone backed by a gray foreground.

It varies in colour depending on where you found it. Under the bed? Grey. Under the couch? Charcoal coloured. In the kitchen? Greyish brown.

Bluey-grey usually - it's the same as you get from the tumble dryer. It all depends on the fibres in the fabrics around you.
