Maybe a week or so, and Dragon would hurt something awful. Those things they do that with are NEEDLES! rrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Cat don't like needles. Cat wanted a tattoo becuz they looked so cool, but then she found out about the needles. rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Well if you're going with just solid orange they'd probably use a larger gun, like a nine needle one, and would take about 200 hours not to mention hurt a lot.

Dragon doesn't want to risk getting hepatitis. So, she should continue with her carrot diet. Check eyes frequently for ichteris and you should be orange very soon.
