ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! LET ME EXPLAIN TO YOU WHY IT IS SO SIMPLE AND LOGICAL! No matter how smart the world will be, how advanced technology will ever grow! Time Travel can never ever be possible!!!
Let's Say you are a college student and you are taking an exam, after no studying and being lazy you failed that exam. Then you say to your self why don't i just go back in time and change the past PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING!!! If you do travel back in time and make your self study and pass the test excellent THEN SOMEHOW IT WILL MAKE NO SENSE WHY YOU EVER NEEDED TO TRAVEL BACK IN TIME SINCE YOU PASSED THE TEST! I wish english was not my second language i would explain it alot better!!!
If you still don't get the messege by now it is that ONE MOMENT IN TIME CANNOT EXIST WITHOUT THE OTHER !

Yes. Time travel is possible. You are traveling in time now.
Experiments have already been proven showing that objects moving at higher velocities experience different time than stationary objects. Scientisist have flown identical and extremely accurate clocks. One clock travels at a much higher velocity then the other clock. After the flight, the moving clock and stationary clock are compared. It turns out that the moving clock has experienced less time than the stationary one. In this case, you could technically count the moving clock as "jumping into the future," since the stationary clock would be slightly faster. However, the difference in time is negligible (10^-# seconds, even less than a microsecond) though it is detectable.
As for traveling into the past, that would be a problem. Technically, everything you see at this instant is in a way, the past. When you look at the sun, you see the light that left the sun 7ish minutse ago. People have been able to studying the microwave background radiation in space, and that is the past. Even though you could see the past, going into the path wouldn't be easy, or even possible. Going in the future, on the other hand, is definitely possible. The faster you travel (approaching the speed of light), the slower your time would pass, while everybody else's time progresses at its normal rate. However, based on physical constraints and reality (you can't really approach the speed of light without extreme amounts of energy), you probably won't get that far into the future, not even past a second. At least you'll be able to live microseconds longer. :)

The fact that we are not now seeing time travelers from the future tells me there will not be time travel in the future. The fact that we are not now seeing time travelers from the past tells me there never was time travel. So, no, time travel will never be possible.

It is possible to travel back in time. The outcome of the past can't be changed.

Here is my belief: yes
To travel forward in time you have to travel faster than time itself so to travel 0.1 seconds forward in time you have to travel at a speed of 1.1seconds per second. However time has an infinite speed if you think about it, so we have to travel faster than infinity.
I know my explaination seems to contradict my belief but anything is possible. I ask all people who say time travel is impossible and forever will be to prove that theory. I bet you can't.

Ask the lady named Bright...lol
It may be in a few centuries, however one would have to be VERY care full if one traveled back in time. I would think that if it becomes possible, strict proceedures would have to be in place so that the time traveler wouldn't cause any harm to the time line.

If there is something we humans should have learned already, is the fact that if you can dream it, we can build it. There is nothing impossible, just farther away from becoming reality than other things. Just look though history and you will see what I mean.
If you do some research, you’ll see that there are many theories that support and conclude that time travel is possible in both directions (to our own perspective, cause there could be more than two directions in time, but that is much more complex to be explained here).
Of course, we are not even thinking about sending a person or even an object to travel through time, but more like sending a signal, or a photon through time.
As you can see and experience, we are traveling through time. And not together, but more like separately, each particle travels at a different speed and direction in time, but more or less, we see the same result in our everyday life.
Just to make it simple, think of an astronaut. When they travel to space, their speed is relatively speaking, higher than ours. So, they are traveling in time at a different pace than us. They are traveling to the future at a faster pace that we are, so they grow older more slowly.
Just like them, anybody that travels faster than you, will be traveling faster towars the future in direct relation to you.
Because of Einstein theories (most of them have been prove real already), we know we can travel to the future by increasing our relative speed. The problem is to travel to the past. That is, to go back in time to a previous stage. The theories we have come with say that you would have to go faster than light to do this. But then you crash with E=MC2 and the fact that you shouldn’t be able to go faster than light… and again, maybe by doing so you will go out of this space-time and be able to travel back… but we won’t know until it is proven.
Some experiments have been able to prove that a photon can travel faster than light by altering their current stage and speed, and using some quantum mechanics. They don’t actually travel faster, but actually disappear from a point and reappear in a father point in space in an instant, making them faster than light.
Some scientists believe that with the right tools, the right machines, and the right expertise, we could send signals embedded on those photons back in time. But to build a time travel machine like this, we would need so much money that no government will approve such an experiment for a long time.
Of course, then you also crash with the time travel paradoxes. For example, if you travel back in time, and kill your father before you were conceived, then how is it possible you are still there and travel back in time, etc, etc.
We don’t have an answer for this yet, but given some time, we will probably find out, just like with everything else. I’m just sad because of the fact that I am pretty sure I won’t be able to see a discovery like this happening in my lifespan. But we can dream…
NOTE to those who said NO to this question: if you don’t think time travel is possible, then you probably think that there is no life outside of Earth, or that we will never reach other galaxies, or that we can't travel faster than the speed of sound, or that horses will never be replaced by cars one day, or that the Earth is flat and not spherical, and that… wait… didn’t some of those things happened or were discovered already?
Never say no, because you will be killing a dream that could become a reality. We humans like to explore and go where no one has gone before; we discovered America because of that, we went to the Moon because of that, we found the cure to many diseases because of that. We are what we are because of that.
Think about it. Besides, if you have no prove, then your answer cannot be accepted. The only answer that we can give to this question is: WE DON’T KNOW… YET.

Yes it may possible. Who knows??? For example: Before the invention of aeroplane, flying on air was unbelievable for humans. They couldn't even thought of flying.
Many things in this mysterious universe can't be thought by us or unknown. We human can not even think how universe formed or what is its end. We can not answer why or who made us? Why earth formed? Why life formed? Why we are living? What be there if life on earth ends? How long it continue? How Newton invent gravity? You may be answering he had a powerful brain. But how his powerful brain formed?
Many of the biggest scientist can only answer this questions by guessing only.
Many things can't be answer if you go deeper.
The moral: 1.Things are happening without the knowledge of human beings.
2. Many unknown things are inventing or discovering very slowly.
3. WE human can not guess what is next.
So, anything possible.
