Does anyone know anything about the Artemis Project? Is it still happening?

This is a project that private companies were working on to colonize the moon.

They have a web site but I susepct the project is kind of stagnant now. There haven't been any press releases about a private settlement on the moon.

I personally don't know, not something I follow.
