Just because the population is increasing, crime is increasing , litigation is increasing, so errors would naturally increase as well. The first thing we have to do is find a way to stop frivolous lawsuits from being pressed and make people responsible for thier own decisions. Secondly we have to take away the class system from the court system. Right now you are as good as the best lawyer you can afford. That is not acceptable. If someone with money gets arrested they should not be given preferential treatment. (Paris Hilton would be serving time for DUI if she were a regular person - Executives who steal millions of dollars would get the same punishment in the same prisons as petty thieves)

Totally on the increase. No one is held responsible for their actions anymore. Sadly this starts in early childhood though. The only way to correct this problem it to get judges in office that can actually read laws and sentencing guidelines and follow them. As for children, parents have to start parenting again and not treat their children as friends and raise them to respect themselves and the laws that govern us.
