check out local catering companies around you and apply there... a mate of mine works for one and he makes a mint!!... It looks like he is gonna start up his own company in about 2-3 yrs.

If you are really good you can provide a home catering service for special occasions. Some caterers will cook in the clients' kitchen, some will deliver a cooked meal. The meal is served at table, with perhaps the silver service and drinks also provided(check the licence laws on this one though). A selection of menus is offered with perhaps a few variations. A set price is negotiated. Often business is gained through recommendation
