yeah because in the manga it says that in the hokage lifts the the baby boy in to the air and preforms the death reaper jutsu and traps nine tails soul into the boy. before the hokage soul is taken by the god of death he say please take my son to the village i dont want him to die.

Naruto's father is the Yondaime Hokage, the teacher to Kakashi, Obito and Rin. Naruto's mother is already deceased at his being born, hence possibly at child birth. Yondaime Hokage bears a high resemblance to Naruto in appearance.
It makes sense that if Naruto is indeed Yondaime's son, this father is doing the entire village a favor by offering his own son as the sealing for the Kiyube in exchange for their safety. No other parents are yet as altruistic as Yondaime, mind you.

Unfortunately not much is known of him he's a bit of a mystery, he does look like Naruto and died when Naruto was born, Naruto was born without any parents so if he is that explains why he didn't, have a dad but not much else is Known although he is Kakashi's Sensei.

it is not clear yet but i thank he is they look a lot alike and a lot of people say he remind them of the 4th. plus y else would he seal the nine tail in him if he was some one else son and he wanted the people of the village to like naruto because he had the fox in him but they didn't

No, Naruto doesn't have parents. They died from fighting the nine tailed fox.

NO naruto's dad and mom died when the fox killed them
