Well I agree with you if that was the reason, but I guess the radio manager felt different or he's just a no nonsense rule believer and doesn't believe in oops I made a mistake second chances. Some management is strict and loyal to their rules and policy that's how some of the rich and famous get rich and famous they don't take nothing from nobody especially their employees.
