i use a 115kbps dial up connection.i tried out both internet explorer as well as mozilla firefox, even then it did not work out..................
i can connect 2 all sites like yahoo,funtoosh,songs,etc but not the above mentioned sites..................
so please help.

Please try the following steps and tell me whether they resolved the issue or no

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
3. At the command prompt, type the following lines and press ENTER after each
line:
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

first. check the firewall
then. go on updated mozilla & you will find a window specifically for google search .
type in orkut/g mail. in result you would get a functional link.
you could also download google essenger, from download.com etc. this way you can access all google links.
