Any post office will carry these. I don't think anyone else will.

Aside from going to the Post Office where you'll only be able to get a handful of priority mail envelopes, the best bet is to go to the USPS Postal Store and order boxes of priority mail envelopes, or how many you need

I sell on eBay so I use the USPS Postal Store to order boxes and sets of these mailing materials
