Louis Pasteur
Louis Pasteur was born Dec 27, 1822 in Dole, in the region of Jura, France. (ambafrance-ca.org). He was a chemist who lived in France. “He taught at Dijon Strasbourg and Lille and in Paris at the Ecole normale superieure and the Sorbonne”. (Yahoo encyclopedia) He was an innovator of the science field. His methods were not the same as the scientist of his time. He was a very eccentric man when it came to his life and work.
Lois Pasteur first studied tartrates which paved the way for him to discover molecular dissymmetry. (Yahoo encyclopedia) This was important because his experiments with bacteria disproved the theory of spontaneous generation and led to the germ theory of infection”. (Yahoo encyclopedia) One of his other experiments that he had done was pasteurization. He worked on this experiment when working on beer wine and vinegar. (Yahoo encyclopedia) His study of chicken cholera and the vaccination against anthrax was successfully administered against rabies in 1885. (Yahoo encyclopedia)

Very good....so far.

You should check out 3 or more different sources. Get the most important items out of each source, be detailed enough to enable your audience members to understand what he did.

For your personal edification you should look for less known or more remarkable items pertaining either to Mr. Pasteur or his work.

Very good, keep doing your homework with quality.

Make sure you can explain it without looking at any notes or papers or the computer screen.

If you cannot do the latter, then you have not understood what you have read, nor thought about it sufficiently.

Finish up with how the work you describe benefited the world in his time.

Even better, did you discover what clue he picked up or how he was led towards his discoveries? A big bonus, if you can find it.

Suggestion: Try organizing into paragraphs. Looking at a solid wall of print is a BIG TURNOFF, even for good material and genius readers!

This answer is an example of such paragraphing....

So so...
You mention things like "molecular dissymetry" and "spontaneous generation" without deepening what it is. That does not for good reading make.
You write: "One of the experiments he had done was pasteurization".You can't say that. It was not called pasteurization till after he invented it. And guess who they named it after?... Ha ha.. I think you should stick to plainer english, like: "he researched into spread of disease and proved that tiny organisms called germs/bacteria were the main culprit. Consequently he looked at ways of killing germs and noted that heating food was a good method for reducing the number of live germs. The specific process was eventually named after him: pasteurization".
Much easier to read, isn't it? And shows that you understood what you read. That's not so obvious from what you quoted.
