It's called 'dangerous beauty' in America and 'the honest courtesan' in the UK and was made in 1998. I can only find it on region 1 dvd does this mean it has not been released here?

Try www.dvdbrazil.com and they might have the dvd. I've found most of the odd ones I wanted there.
