I got reported because my answer was not a question or an answer. Just a comment I guess. I emailed my reporter and asked HIM...if you did not like my answer, could you not have just given me a thumbs down? He replied...I don't know which question it was.
Don't you think it would be better to just give an answer a thumbs down...instead of reporting....if you do not like the answer?
An answer is SUPPOSED to be your opinion...or so I thought...

Famous Amos...I emailed the person that asked the question. His replys were enough to lead me to believe it was him...especially when he said...I don't know if I did or not because I don't remember which one was your answer. That just made me think that he DID report someone!

But yes, I agree. Just because someone doesn't like your answer, doesn't mean they should report you.

When I ask questions and I don't like the answer I just "thumb downs". I agree why report other people? It's not like we get anything out of reporting others. I guess people have nothing better than to report others.

I agree with you, someone reported me for the same thing. I don't get it, what's wrong with answering with "idk". I mean, at the end IT IS AN ASNWER
