In comparison with "wardrobe malfunctions", American Idol stories, Paris Hilton sightings, inflammatory comments made by [insert popular figure here] and coverage of the trials of [insert popular figure here]? Not even close.

Actually, the trial is fascinating, because it brings up so many important issues: the relationship between the media and the government, ethical reporting, source anonymity, leaks, etc...
