I do I use the meat hammer first then I use a meat tenderizer/and seasoning. it really helps bring out a good flavor in hte meat. If you really want a good flavor let the seasoning marinate overnight or for a good 24 to 48 hours. A good place to got o is the following website

yea buddy...I pound it flat then fill it with stuffing roll it up into a cylinder. After that, I fry it in a pan to brown the outside then into the oven for a couple of hours.
Best stuffed flank steak you ever had

I tried putting it through a meat grinder but it ended up being a big bloody mess and my gf had to take me to the emergency room
