I cant wait to see what happens next week! Has anyone else been watching this and following it and what do you think about it? Do you feel it is helpful and informative? I love Dr. Phil and Robin. I want feed back on this and I want to see what you feel and why about it.

I love how he is tough with them but he is still caring and wants to help them and is truly concerned and caring for the people and the couples. I love him and Robin and what they stand for and they have a great marriage. We all can learn from them!

I love both of them 2,and I agree Dr.Phill knows his stuff, and I have always thought he used the best approach on his problem solving until now.I don't blame the one hubby for walking out pissed;b/c of the really big mess(to much of a mess in my opinion)be sides that I think the Hubby's were made fool's of,like the one hubby thought also,2 wrongs don't make a right, and men tend to get pissed instead of being sorry if their wife's way of communication is to belittle the hubby and become the superior one.If you want your hubby to pick up his mess in the house, why not straddle his lap, while giving little kisses on the neck, and let him know how proud of him you would be,and pleased if he would clean up his mess.If he still didn't give a crap you have allot bigger problems than you think. The only other thing that bothers me is when Dr.Phil said I have never called my wife a name, and on a different show he claimed he always made his wife feel like the most beautiful woman in the house,he has never fought with his wife in front of the children. It sounds like the perfect hubby alright, that's why I think he might be telling one,I mean come on He is a male hubby, not a saint,a little bit 2 good 2 be true.Anyway I'm still a big fan of Dr.Phil and Robin, they have very big hearts.

Great question... This one makes me think about what i am going to answer. I love the Dr Phil show and so does my wife. We feel he is informative and helpful and very wise with what he has to say and the help that he offers. His show is great and my wife and i watch this show and many others... My wife loves it when he tells them how it is but yet he cares and tries to help them... Boy that one husband was really mad and now he is calmer and talking with Dr Phil and wanting to change and work on his marriage with his wife and boy what wife she is! They are both pieces of work but I am sure that Dr Phil will try to help this marriage and the others as well!

hi,
i am enjoying this particular episode also. i think that it is more than time for the men in this world to realize that women do more than sit on there behinds and watch soap all day. i know that there are some guys out there that know that the woman that stay at home do more than that but for the few like those on the show that pretend they don't the kitchen mess up - clean up was a rude awakening, and i can not wait for him to blow some of the others out the water.and i am at he edge of my set to see what he does to those women that are there because they are hiding something more then just the affair that the woman in the Tuesday show admitted to. i am waiting on say three and the rest.

Dr. Phil has a few nuggets but overall he is a loser. You realize he has a 2nd show on late nights where the 'guests' throw food and holler and slap each other and beat each other up just like on Jerry Springer, right? He'd do anything for a buck, and for me that undermines what he says. He has done several shows on divorce and often likes to say that "Americans are too quick to divorce" but never mentions the fact that he is in fact divorced from his first wife, Debbie, and that their marriage lasted less than two years. He also has given "advice" to over-bearing, controlling people, when his own wife (the second one, Robin) has said in interviews that if she doesn't have dinner ready during a certain 20-minute window of time, Phil gets upset and refuses to eat dinner with the family. His staff told TV Guide and other magazines that Dr. Phil was controlling, rude and domineering. Dr. Phil is very hard on husbands who don't share in the "domestic duties" though his own wife says that she "would never ask Phil to do the silly task of dishes."

He's in the same category as Dr. Laura - say one thing and do another. She rails on people for cheating yet she cheated on her husband - complete with nude photos - for YEARS. Tells them to be good daughters but hated her own mother so much the woman was dead for a month in her apartment before "Dr." (of food studies, not psychology) Laura knew. Tells women to be stay-at-home moms but drags her annoying snotty kid into work every day. And so on.

They are hypocrite snake oil salesmen. I take what they say with a grain of salt.

I like the way he's not dumping the problem on just the man (or woman). He's making sure they both see that they have both contributed to the problem.
My husband and I watched that show and he said "we sure live boring lives compared to some people!". I couldn't agree more but I wouldn't change a thing.

while i am not happy with everything dr phil, the first day of man camp was helpful, my guy and i were having a disagreement about his helping around the house, when the guy through the hissy fit about cleaning the house, seemed to get through to my guy. usualy he is very helpful around the house then for about 2 weeks he stoped then he saw the guy through the fit and i guess saw himself on the tv.
