Make your life better in any way that helps improve your self image & gives you confidence. Try to fill your life with lots of positive things so when a few negative things come along, you'll be able to take it in stride, accept it, & move on.

Develop strong relationships..don't hold back with your love towards your spouse, family, or friends. The more you give the more you receive. Also, here are some other things that have worked for me...try to better yourself in some way,i.e. learn something new, aim higher, act more honorably, help others, declutter your house, and the list goes on! Develop or redevelop a faith in God.

Be honest with yourself everyday. Don't let the small things get to you as hard as it maybe. Most importantly don't give up on yourself you will find a way work though anything life can throw at you.

You can start by going to the gym everyday. Working out releases endorphins in the brain which in turn will make you feel relaxed and hopefully happier. Maybe thats why we feel "AWESOME" after sex :-)!

i tried them all
1) explore yourself more.
2) choose the right people u wanna be around with.
3) invest your time in somthing you really enjoy.
4) have faith in God.
5) spoil yourself!
