Using their stuff without their permission.

Basically, anything where one person intrudes upon or becomes a burden to the other unnecessarily.

I have never had a roommate, but I think that I would have trouble if someone I was living with was not a clean person. For example:

- if you left stuff in the fridge or on the counter to rot
- if you slopped food on the floor, counter, etc and did not clean it up
- If you tracked mud or dirt all through the house without cleaning it
- if the bathroom constantly looked like a public washroom
- if I came in and the home smelled like a gym locker after a hard workout

I think I could live with just about anything else that would occasionally happen (eg. someone swiping some of my food, borrowing my clothes, playing loud music, having friends over, etc) as long as the place was clean - it can be messy, as long as it was not dirty.

When your roomates bring their girlfriends over to wash their clothes and their friends clothes and their friends boyfriend clothes at our place and run our bills up!!!

when your roomates let their dog chew up everything in the damn house like the couch arm, the wireless X box remote, the coffee table, and of course all my DVDs...

When theyuse MY toothbrush when they cant find theirs.. im sorry but this causes major conflicts with me...

using all the hot water knowing that im about to get in right behind you... so inconsiderate

When you have a beer collection with over 200 different beers from around the world and your roomates get drunk and drink your collection... took a long time to collect all of that.. some people collect coins.. well i collect beer..

Coming into your room at 4am and waking you up by peein in your dresser! BIG CONFLICT

And finally spending hours making a homeade king cake, and then going to night class hoping to get a piece when you come home and find that all of your roomates ate the whole damn thing and didnt save ONE piece...

these are just a few things that has happened to me over my college years that have caused conflicts with my roomates... but i still love my boys!
