Enabeling Java?

Question

Anyone know how to do this? It was working fine the other day but now I can't do alot of functions here on Answers.

I will assume you mean JavaScript and not Java. If you mean Java, you will have to download Java from http://www.java.com

For JavaScript, I will further assume you are using Internet Exporer 6:
- Go to the 'Tools' menu of your browser.
- Select 'Tools' to open up the menu.
- Go to the bottom and click on 'Internet Options...'
- A window should open. This will have tabs at the top reading 'General', 'Security', etc.
- Click on the 'Security' tab.
- Look for a button towards the bottom that says 'Custom Level'
- Click on this button.
- Another window will open. This has a sroll bar on the right.
- Scroll down until you see the section headed 'Scripting'.
- In this section you should see 'Active Scripting'.
- Click on the 'Enable' word.
- You may also need to select 'Enable' in the 'Scripting of Java applets' which is just below "Active Scripting'
- Then click the 'OK' button to close the window.
- Click the next 'OK' button to close all 'Internet Options' windows.
