In the USA, these would be your own private accounts , at home on your own
computer and would not concern other
people and is not work related or concerns
any other organization.

It would be classed as illegal if they are accessing your accounts without your permission depending on who is accessing it and why, the laws differ from country to country I think but you would have to check depending on where you are, where the database is and where the person is who is accessing your accounts.

if somone is getting into your computer without permison then it is hacking, not to sure on the usa laws, look them up, but best thing to do is to password protect private infomation wiht a passowrd not realted to you
