Something like communism.
If everyone had the same amount of money, and could do all of the same things--would anyone have the incentive to better themselves? To further their educations? To care about what is going on in the world--beyond their own little worlds? To attempt raising their position in life?

There would still be a difference. Some would spend and some would save. Then how would you level the playing field??? Work hard and you will be rewarded. Sitting on your but and waiting for opportunity to find you does not create a successful person.

It would not last long as people are individuals and some spend, some save so no one would have the same amount for very long..

Please, there would always be that mean bully who doesn't think he/she has enough and is better suited to others' money, because he/she thinks he is more deserving. So, the bully will always try to take what is not his/hers.
There will always be a struggle for power. Power and money can equal the same thing.
good luck & blessing
