The greatest rock n roll band is the Rolling Stones!
A lot of other people say it is the Beatles but I like the edge of the Stones music better and the stones do lots of live concerts!
If you are asking about new Rock music well, I don't know the answer to that and I haven't even heard of Chemical Romance. I guess I should look them up now!

Silverchair. They have been around for a while and have such a unique sound to them. Their lyrics are also unique and metaphorical. Not only that but they are truly talented. They play just as well Live as they do in a studio.
