It pisses me off if they're not actually handicapped. I know there are invisible disabilities, like heart problems, but if you have those, you shouldn't be lifting bags or striding around the store, either.

I'm just glad when I see someone actually using the spaces. Around here it seems we have about 50 empty handicapped spaces & everyone else cruising the parking lot looking for a space. Just because someone doesn't appear to you to need the handicapped space doesn't make it so. I know one person who had a blood clot in his leg & was in real danger to walk too far. He looked perfectly fine but he wasn't. We never know the reasons & really, why should we care? It's not our place to judge & it just puts added worry on yourself about issues that don't concern you. I personally don't need that added stress in my life. If they are scamming then they will have to answer for it one day, not me.

Not all handicaps are obvious. Some may be scamming, but you may not be able to see the handicap that qualifies them, just because they are not in a wheelchair doesn't mean they didn't get their parking permit honestly.

I hate when I see the handicapped parking in a non-handicapped marked spot. I mean, who do they think they are!
