the only thing i know of is to let your doctor try to turn the baby manually. if your baby is currently breech (bottom down), this can be painful... and it may not work. they will push on your belly from the outside, and try to manipulate your baby into a head down position. maybe you could ask for pain medication before they get started tomorrow. if they can't get your baby turned the right way, they'll probably opt for a c-section. I've heard it's really not that bad. good luck to you!

The first thing you need to do is relax. There is a good possibility that your baby will get into position by itself when you are ready to deliver. When you go to the doctors, ask them for exercises you can do to help the baby turn. The doctors are not being stupid, they will do whatever they can to help the baby turn. It they still can't get the baby to turn by the time you are ready to deliver you will most likely have a c-section. Your situation is not uncommon. The best thing to do is relax, work with the doctors and let nature take its course.

The first responder is right, don't try to turn the baby on your own! Aside from walking (if that's ok with your dr) and sleeping on alternating sides, there isn't much you can do to your body at this point. Your baby is so large that there isn't much free space to work with, so the doctors aren't steering your wrong.
During labor, it's possible for the doctor to turn the baby depending on the situation. I hope they can do that for you, if she doesn't turn on her own!

I would wait and let the baby try to do this on her own. Lots and lots of prayers. My girlfriend had a baby and was going in the next day for them to turn the baby and that night she prayed and prayed and the baby was so active and when she got to the Dr. the baby already turned herself. Try some walking too.

My doc suggested that I sit on one of those exercise balls and rock front to back and side to side. Also doing pelvic tilts can help the baby move into position. I wouldn't worry about it too much. With my first baby, he was laying across my belly a week before he was born, then he turned at some point to head down.

There isn't anything you can do. They try and turn the baby because your baby is what they call breach. Let the Dr's advise you everything will be okay.

the baby will turn when she is ready! Usually happens during labor! there are positions to get in when you are in labor that help the baby to move where it should be....
sounds a bit strange to me...my son wasn't in the right position and my doctor did NOT try and move him!

You really can't make her turn. The doctors can try but there is no guarentee.
