Walk up to her and say I got you a card hope you like it.In a blank card write this or one of your own.

Just have a card or gift at hand and when you see just say 'Happy Valentines day."and give her the present. But don't just throw it at her and walk away. Just say "I have been researching on people, not like their phone or adress, I mean like their interests so this is your gift. Hope you like it."
