At four months you should feel little movements anytime now. Some woman feel them sooner with baby#2 some later I think it has to do with the memory of the movement and the strength of a already streched uterus. Congrats On # 2 they are so much more fun in some ways because you are not normally as worried the second time around.

During my first pregnancy, I didn't feel my little girl move until 22 weeks. I am 18 weeks into my second pregnancy and I have already felt movement. This baby is a lot more active and you can usually feel the second one sooner. I think "normal" is anywhere from 16-24 weeks.

I first felt her move at 17 weeks, but wasn't convinced that was what I was feeling until 20 weeks. So if you are 4 months (16 weeks?) you will probably start feeling the baby soon.
Here is a link to babycenter.com that answers this very question.

you will most likey feel baby around 5 months. That all depends on placental placement as well. I am 37 weeks pregnant now, and have an anterior placenta (on front of uterus) so I didnt feel my little one good until around 24 weeks or more I guess, of course now I feel everything :-)
Just be patient you will feel him soon, then you will be begging him to stop kicking you in the bladder :-)
Congrats!

it depends on how many children you have had really, first time mothers don't usually feel anything until about the end of the 5th of beginning of the 6th, as you have more you know what it is, i felt my 3rd baby move early in the 4th month, it felt like i ran into something!

I started to feel him move around 15 weeks, but the doctor says that I was early. First timers feel it around 20 weeks. Do you feel anything that resembles frequent gas? That's what mine felt like at first. The movements rapidly progressed to kicks, though, and it was awesome!

Could be as early as 18 weeks but I think the average is about 22 weeks.
