Okay, to start with the show featured Juliet's flashbacks. Before being taken to the island she worked as a medical researcher. She was working with an experimental drug to impregnate people. This successfully worked on a male field mouse and her sister who has cancer. A guy wanted her to come work for his company in "Portland". Ethan also worked for this company.
Jack finished the surgery on Ben and removed the tumor but only after he knew Sawyer and Kate were okay. They escaped with the help of Alex, after they rescued Karl from the "brainwashing room" (Karl is Alex's boyfriend). Sawyer,Kate and Karl took a boat and they are headed back to their island. Juliet helped them escape because Ben promised to let her go home. Juliet's been on the island for 3 years,2 months and 28 days. Hope that helps. I hope I remembered everything.

Locke killed the smoke monster, which turned out to be a manisfestation of "Desmond's rage". Ben dies, but not because of Jack, but because of Juliet. Sawyer kills Picket and Kate is shot, but lives.
