how i start a new bike compay by issuing shares i have a blast bike techology . the bike give average of 148km/hour tell me plz i want to start as soon as possible i invite all frinds in my comany to participate

Dude why do u want to waste ur time and money and have to take a huge effort. Just make a sample of it and sell it to the major companies and sit back and earn the royalties. What I would suggest u to do is to take a patent for ur technology and then go on and sell it to bajaj or TVS ot to Yamaha and then sit back and earn the royalties. And if at all u see anyone else using ur technology after u have filed ur patent then just sue them and get more money. Its easy dude. Its only initial work and then u just have to sit back and enjoy life. Cheers

Find a good lawyer who is experienced in incorporation. You might want to speak to a patenet attorney as well.
