What error message do you get?

I take it all the connections are in place?

I have had this a few times and I have solved it by trying again and leaving it for a while. Eventually it works.

go to the 'file' menu at the top of the page on itunes and click on 'update ipod'. As long as your ipod is connected correctly to your Usb port on the Pc it should transfer the songs straight away.

If that doesnt work re-download itunes.

go to the 'file' menu at the top of the page (whilst on itunes) and select 'update ipod'. As long as your ipod is connected correctly to your USB port it should transfer the songs straight away.
