You can get in at Walmart, Target, or regular stores at the cell phone accessories. But it will just be cheap rhinestones.
A great website though that professionally does it is www.nycpeach.com. It's a little expensive but this is where celebrity send their phones in to get the swarovski crystals on their phone. I recommend doing that instead.

ebay has a lot people that sell accessories for phones I bought a cute phone case and paid 5.00 total including shipping!
