Yes, you can increase the up force. But make sure that none of the cables have come off their tracking or that the door is not going up crooked. Or otherwise you may have a really big mess on your hands.

There will be a small knob in the light compartment area. One will be for the up / down force. Just turn it to increase the upforce.

Try reducing the "UP" sensitivity.
