Because that's all we know. If one thinks that his/her life is not worth living, then it is not, and you are stuck in a meaningless life, with no hope of reparation. But the first step is understanding that our lives are not Worth it, the way they are, that's why we are given the power to change this, to truly understand ourselves, and enjoy life for what it is: an experience.

I know how you feel. I have been waiting so long for my ship to come in that my pier has collapsed.

Seriously, I am old and tired. I spent my life doing something I felt was important. I spent most of my adult life in the Military in an effort to protect our way of life. Now that I see how flippant so many are about that way of life, I have to question my choice. I could have worked at a convenience store, it would have been safer and the money would have been better.

We live and learn. I guess many of us feel like we understand things when it is too late to do anything about it.

Now I am just hanging around waiting to die.

well life is here you have it so its up to you to make the most out of it now..life doesnt come with accessories you have to build on what you were given..just think as bad a life seems to you im sure it could be worse..you could have been born as a fly who only lives 3days and enjoys eating sh!t..you could have been a gold fish in some fish bowl gee then you could swim in circles while humans stare at you or you could have been born in some country where food is scarce and disease is all around..but no seems you must have it kinda good cause here you are on the pc using the internet
