Answer in a minute. Control panel > Add remove programs shows only those programs that have been installed the "Microsoft way" and an uninstal procedure devised.

Other ways mentioned are short cuts in various folders. Such as start up. You can or delete shortcuts from them easily.

You need a program that lists the programs that have an entry in the register. I use Belarc Advisor. It is a free program that list what programs the computer has installed, plus a lot more information. It is quick, well takes about a minute to read your computer. Free of all bad things.

cl Start
slide up to and click on Programs
if you see up or down arrows, click them to see what is not visible
or
open My Computer
open C:
look down the list to Programs, open it
or
cl Start
cl Settings
cl Control Panel
cl Add/Remove
Be careful here - get onto the scroll bar on the right. A misclick might accidentally remove something.

The software that was originally installed on your computer will be included on the restoration cd's, if it came with them.

Well if you dont know, then you will either need to look
at the restore disks, or restore back to the way it came?

click start go to settings then go to control panel then click add or remove programs an there you will see everything on your pc
