"people" in my greek vocabulary has two different options. The first is Άνθρωποι=the human beings, the second is Λαός=The mass of human beings usually used in geographic and political references.
So it could be something like "Καλημέρα λαέ μου","Καλημέρα άνθρωποί μου".The second phrase is rarely met in everyday conversation or writings. We'd prefer to say something like"Καλημέρα φίλοι μου"=Good morning my friends or "Καλημέρα δικοί μου"=sth like "Good morning my buddies,or good morning my men"I think the second suits better as an explanation!I hope I've helped.Use the phrase which mostly fits your needs!
