imagine that you are an aristocrat lady that had been condemmed to the guillotine, you are been conducted to your execution in a open cart with you hands tied back, meanwhile the people is yelleing you insults and making fun of you, you ascend the ladder of the scaffold and ar strapped to the guillotine and finally your neck is inmovilized by the lunette and the drums sound......

How'd you feel in that journey? which'd be your last words? what'd you be thinking? how'd you feel in the open cart and strapped in the guillotine?

A staple of the French diet during that time was rye bread. The French revolution occurred after a very rainy harvest season, so a great deal of the rye was moldy. The mold that grows on rye bread just so happens to be ergot, the main ingredient in LSD. No matter who it was, anyone in France at that time probably wasn't in their right mind.
