Mary Kay has a 3 step process called Satin Hands. It smells wonderful. The first 2 steps exfoliate and nourish and can be used at the same time. The third step is a night cream. Go to www.marykay.com to find a local consultant. It is 100% guaranteed...if you don't like it, return it for a full refund or exchange. You will have the opportunity to try a free sample before you buy if you'd like.

I like the neutrogina norweigan formula but it's really greasy so I don't use it very often, and bath and body works has a shea butter hand cream that works wonderful also.

homemade
1 jar of baby lotion (size that has pump)
1 jar of vaseline
2 jars of vitamin E cream
Mix all together in mixing bowl with hand mixer. Makes a ton, lasts forever because you don't have to use much. And it is great for burns.
