0. They have only been to the Conference Finals once (1992) but lost to MJ and the Bulls. They have only been in the NBA since 1970, and did not exist in any other form prior to that.
With the exception of a few years, they have always been a pretty bad team in danger of moving to another city. Hopefully LeBron will change all that.

The Cavs will play the Lakers interior the finals and Cavs will win in 6. i think of if Phil wins a trophy right here that is it, yet i do no longer think of Kobe will depart. he's the face of the franchise and L.A. needs him. LeBron James will win the Finals M.V.P., and Cleveland will resign him in 2010.

None that I know of. The closest they ever came to even an Eastern Conference championship in my lifetime was the old rivalry they had with the Chicago Bulls when Mark Price was their lead guy.

I don't believe they have ever won an NBA Championship. However, prior to the NBA being formed, they may have won championships in some predecessor league.

They have never won a championship game. Time will tell if they have a chance of winning one this year.
