Don't like it. When I was single, it was embarrassing to be the only one in the shop not getting flowers. Now that I'm married, it's financially exhausting, because he insists on sending flowers to the shop AND flowers to the house, plus gifts. And I have to buy him something too. I'd rather skip it.

Sorry, but you more than likely appreciate my honesty, but hey, you want an answer and an answer you will get. On Valentine's Day I really don't think it is all that it is made out to be, I wonder, who's heart are we talking about on valentines day anyway? Valentine's Day to me is a day to hug my dog cause my dog is my best friend, now if I had me some princess I'd say, "honey, why don't you wash up skippy, then go out and mow the lawn, then, I will rub your feet, then I'll lick your ear lobes, both of them, then I'll say, honey, happy valentines day, and I promise I'll never ask you to wash the dog or cut the grass out front. So, I like valentines day, it's the day to love. All other days are whatever you're going to make of them. Peace, cheers, and smell the flowers.

Love it. Because after many years of not having a valentine, I now do.

dislike it, because I have no one to be with! I don't have a boyfriend and all my friends do, valentine's day reminds me even more the fact that I'm lonely.

I LOVE it. I bake a white and red jello cake for my family, and usually get flowers from my husband to decorate the table. I get little Valentine cards and send them to important people in my life...my ex-patients, family, close friends. I send little candies or instant lottery tickets or some other fun gift to the special people in my life. It's not the romance that makes it fun for me....it's the chance to surprise people when it's the middle of winter and they get a pretty, light-hearted card with a note to brighten their day. :)

I really love it because it's just a romatic time to spend it with your lover...But then again, I hate it because it's a day for your loved ones and I really loved my dad, and I really can't bring him back, I would love to bring him back just once and spend Valentines Day with him and tell him I much i really love him (something i didin't get to say when he died, and i hate myself not spending time with him) If I was you, cherish valetines day with all your heart because your world can completely change in a blink of an eye, and you'll regret it.

Dislike, it's just a waste of money and depressing when you're single and see everyone walking round all loved up.

I totally don't understand the point of it. Its only little kids messing around and its just an excuse for your lazy husband to take you out... I would rather watch the Brits! its just all a bit ridiculous
