they are teats, and they are small inverted little tiny hardly feelable bumps on her belly in rows. If you are feeling large lumps or something she could have a mammary infection and needs to be seen. If she is not nursing at this time, they should not be large or lumpy. Take her to the vet now if this is the case.

Here's a bunch of links. For general knowledge, they are called nipples. If they are big enough to resemble human "boobs" and your rabbit is not pregnant, then she probably has MASTITIS. See wiki link for definition. She has more than one, probably about 4-6 or so. Parallel down both sides of her belly. You should really spay her i fyou have not already, it is a simple procedure and rabbits are prone to reproductive infections and disorders, it would give her a longer and healthier life span. It is a common veterinary procedure.
If you could attach/send me a picture I could better tell you if it's just nipples or if it's mastitis...or something else. I work at a veterinary hospital and so I've seen a lot and could probably help you do your preliminary diagnosis. :)

u kno where they are on a dog? well its the exact same as on a rabbit. they should feel like little bumps that will wiggle if u move them and be abt 3 mm. i think theres about 6 or 8. always in 2s. mind, i have a freak of a rabbit who has no nipple, but is female..weird lil bugger she is

If your rabbit is laying on her side the "boobs" will be in two rows down her belly starting somewhere around her ribs.
