I'm 15 and I've recently had my bedroom done. I had the same problem because i wanted my bedroom neutral, but i didn't want it boring. My bedroom colours are creams and browns and i used a bit of blue as well to break it up.
Good luck with your bedroom.

I know this involves leaving the house, but you could have everyone go to a roler skating rink. It's really fun and there are games and dancing and pictures. You would preobably really like it. They usually play upbeat music and there are a lot of teens there ages 13-16. I used to go every Sunday when i was 15 and it's cheap too!!! Or buy "Scene it" I just bought the Disney's version and it is such a fun game to play!! You would like it

I would stick to creams and neutrals because it is easier then to change the whole look by simply chagning your bedding and cushions and things! I am always seeing new colour themes and schemes and if you have a very specific colour on the walls and carpets you are limiting your options! have it plain-ish and jazz it up with a funky bedspread and lampshade and loads of cushions for lounging! Primark do a great range of furnishings and they are cheap!

One of the best sites I've seen is www.wakeupfrankie.com they have all kinds of themes to create the coolest bedrooms. They seel everything from comforters to lamps. Even if you didn't buy directly from them you could always get ideas from the pictures and go out and buy your own things.
Hope this page inspires you. Good luck with you room

i made myself a design for my room, i think it's quite nice, its a very pale pink wall with a white border and little dark pink flowers, big and small, on the border. for the furniture look in argos at the beech coloured range, or maybe the maple, those two colours go well with pink. (instead of a white border, you could try yellow?)

peach is very nice colour. dont use cold colours like blue, it will give an unwelcoming feeling and u will feel sad in it. peach cream or yellow are solar colours, they give good warm energy and not necessarily to match with brown, mathc with green, very nice but not too much my groom is peach with bright half green and half orange curtains, very nice, and u can play with other elements with these colours.

Depends on what your parents will spend. I think lilac walls with all beech wood furniture would look nice. And jazz it up with lots of furry picture frames and funky lampshades.
