Yup!
Here's a few..you have to be an avid watcher to really appreciate these:
1. The company that Ethan and that guy worked for was called "Mittelos"....which is an anagram for LOST TIME.
2. Not only are The Others working with fertility experiments, they are also working on life extension programs...thus the reason Juliet thought that the womb x-ray she was looking at was that of a 70 year old woman, not 26. Also, they wanted her to use her sister as a human guinea pig, especially since she was able to successfully impregnate a male mouse. I do not believe that her sister is in Miami, I believe Juliet's condition to take the job, was to bring her sister, so they could assist with helping her get well.
3. The brainwashing room- I believe this is the room Mrs Klugh referred to in the episode "Three Minutes" from Season 2. If you recall, she threatened Walter to send him to the room, if he said anything out of line to Michael when he found them.
4. I believe that The Others have gained super human strength and agility. If you think about how fast it took Kate, Alex, and Sawyer to get to the beach, there is no human way possible they could have gotten there as quickly as they did.
Wow, there is so much I am thinking...one thing about LOST is that you definitely have a lot to think about the next day.

I agree with the first answer, but I'm going to take it further. I think the Others are trying to make their own, perfect civilization. Think about it. They recruited Juliet for her talent in artificial (for lack of better word) fertility. They're trying to brainwash Carl. They took Alex away from the french chick. It all seems to fit together. It makes sense to me at least.

I think that juliet is being held at the island prisoner and know she gets to go home and see her sisters baby. I cant wait for the next episode.
