First, when I downloaded the updated iTunes it wiped out my playlists, and now it doesn't recognize my ROKR when I plug it in. Help from Apple hasn't worked out either.
SO how do I get my computer and iTunes to recognize my ROKR so I can start uploading music again?

you need to call Motorola.
